Overview

The KUPO CHC-18R-3P is an 8-channel rack-mount direct-voltage chain hoist controller for medium tours, corporate stages, and theatre rigs. It occupies 4U of standard 19" rack space and uses 2 Soca 19-pin output sockets, giving crews a compact rack workflow for eight points of motor control.

Why It Matters

Eight motors is often the practical middle ground: too much for a small controller, but not always enough to justify a 12-channel system. CHC-18R-3P gives that rig size phase indication, front-panel direction control, overload and leakage protection, printed wiring guidance, and XLR linking in one touring-friendly rack unit.
