The KUPO CHC-4.0 is a 4.0 x 12.0 mm Grade 80 alloy load chain for RIGPRO hoists, manufactured from chromium-molybdenum alloy and finished in black phosphate for corrosion resistance and a low-profile entertainment look. It is an EN 818-7 Type DT chain for power-driven hoist use, with periodic embossing for traceability and identification.

Why It Matters

This is the smaller RIGPRO chain size, made for compact 250 kg and single-phase brushless-DC hoists. It keeps the hoist package lighter while still meeting the Grade 80 and EN 818-7 requirements expected in overhead entertainment rigging.
