Product Description
Overview
The KUPO KCP-413 is a single T12 lamp holder for Kino Flo fluorescent tubes. It uses double spring steel clips to hold one tube and mounts through a neck-embossed 5/8" / 16 mm baby stud into a grip head, C-stand, or gaffer grip.
Why It Matters
A tube holder is most useful when it can be aimed after it is mounted. KCP-413 adds a swivel ball joint and adjustable lever handle, so the lamp can be positioned in multiple directions even when handle clearance around the rig is limited.
Key Features
- Double spring steel clips hold one Kino Flo T12 tube securely
- 16 mm neck-embossed baby stud fits common grip heads and baby receivers
- Swivel ball joint allows multi-direction lamp positioning after mounting
- Metal adjustable lever handle can be indexed for better access in tight rigging positions
Applications
Use it for one Kino Flo T12 tube on C-stands, grip heads, gaffer grips, and compact lighting rigs where the tube needs adjustable aiming.
Compatibility
Designed for single Kino Flo T12 lamp use with a 16 mm baby stud mounting workflow. The dimension drawing lists dimensions of 165 x 32 x 165.2 mm.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can KCP-413 aim the tube after mounting?
Yes. The swivel ball joint lets the holder be positioned in multiple directions after it is seated in a grip head or baby receiver.
What does the adjustable lever handle help with?
It lets the handle position be reset so the user can tighten the joint even when nearby hardware blocks a normal handle swing.
Is this for one lamp or a plate of lamps?
KCP-413 is for one Kino Flo T12 tube. For two-lamp or four-lamp plates, look at KCP-402 or KCP-404.
