Overview
The KPC-131 Pipe Clamp Base Flange is a 100-series bolt-on fitting for 48.3 mm OD, 1-1/2" Sch. 40 pipe. It terminates a pipe to a flat surface with bolt-down mounting holes for posts and uprights, using stainless steel hex screws to lock the pipe without welding so smaller-format rail, display, and frame structures can be assembled and reconfigured on site.

A 48.3 mm upright still needs a clear, inspectable base. This flange gives posts and frame starts a no-weld mounting point on decks, platforms, and fabricated surfaces.
