Product Description

Overview

The KUPO MCA-1919P-200 is a 20 m four-channel hoist multicore cable that carries four motor channels in one trunk between a rack controller and a downstream breakout or panel. It uses PLS 19-pin male, Soca 19 on the source side and PLS 19-pin female, Soca 19 on the load side, reducing the number of individual motor tails that have to cross the rigging deck.

Why It Matters

The 20 m Soca trunk is for larger rooms where one four-channel cable is cleaner than four individual long motor tails. It keeps the rack-to-breakout path organized and gives the operator more freedom in controller placement.

Key Features

  • 20 m length supports longer Soca trunk runs across ballroom, theatre, and arena layouts.
  • Four motor channels travel in one cable, simplifying load-in and reducing loose tails.
  • PLS 19-pin, commonly known as Soca 19 connector format matches the controller and breakout standard used in the rig.
  • Male-to-female trunk format supports clean extension or panel-to-panel routing.

Additional Technical Notes

  • Compatible System: RIGPRO rack controller systems and matching breakouts
  • Cable Application: 4-motor trunk between rack controller and downstream breakout or panel

Applications

Use for rack controller trunks, motor breakout runs, touring multicore stacks, theatre rigging, arena systems, and production inventories that group four hoist channels per cable.

Compatibility

Compatible with RIGPRO 8 CH and 12 CH rack controllers such as CH °C-18R-3P and CH °C-112R-3P, plus matching breakouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many motors can this multicore carry

It carries 4 motor channels per cable.

When would I choose this instead of four single CEE cables

Use a multicore when the controller and breakout layout benefits from one organized trunk instead of four separate motor tails.

How do I choose between the 10 mm and 20 m version

Use 10 mm when the rack and breakout are close in the same rigging zone, and 20 m when the run needs more reach across a venue or stage.
