Product Description

Overview

The KUPO PB-604ASC Classic Light Bar is built for conventional dimmer-fed lighting rigs that need a tough bar and clean breakout points. A 51 mm diameter by 3.8 mm wall aluminum tube gives the assembly its stiffness, while the cast aluminum termination box protects the connector area in touring, theatre, and rental environments.

Why It Matters

This version is for 220 V single-circuit Aerobar-style feeds where the full 19-pin multi-circuit topology is not required. Each circuit breaks out through 65 cm of 3 C x 1.5 mm² (16 AWG) silicone cable, giving electricians ready-to-terminate tails for the fixtures they want to hang on the bar.

Key Features

  • 4-circuit Aerobar, 220 V wiring for conventional dimmer-fed fixture distribution
  • Aerobar input wired in 220 V with 4 x 65 cm flying tails
  • 3 C x 1.5 mm² / 16 AWG silicone cable on each 65 cm flying tail
  • 51 mm diameter x 3.8 mm wall aluminum tube with cast aluminum termination box with a 1520 mm bar length
  • Polish finish, polished anodized aluminum finish suits visible rigs where a brighter hardware look is preferred

Applications

PB-604ASC is suited to touring lighting bars, truss positions, theatres, rental packages, stage rigs, and conventional fixture hangs where multiple dimmer-fed circuits need to break out cleanly along one bar.

Compatibility

Use PB-604ASC only in systems designed for its 220 V Aerobar wiring and four-tail output arrangement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What connector style does PB-604ASC use?

It uses an Aerobar input wired in 220 V rather than a 19-pin Socapex input.

What are the flying tails for?

The 65 cm flying tails provide circuit breakouts that can be terminated into the dimmer-driven fixtures chosen for the rig.

Why choose the polished finish?

The polished finish is useful when the bar is visible and a brighter anodized aluminum look fits the rig.
