Overview
The KUPO YS-2.5/S-CEE Single Phase Y-Splitter is a theatrical stage lighting twofer built to connect two lighting instruments to one dimming channel without forcing multiple conductors into one connector. Its molded construction uses a PVC injection-molding inner core for tensile strength and a rubber outer cover for impact absorbency.
Why It Matters
The series CEE version is a specialized splitter, not the everyday parallel twofer, so the wiring mark needs to be read before it goes into a show circuit. The transparent heat-shrink sleeve over the Parallel / Series sticker keeps the wiring identification visible, which matters because parallel and series twofers behave very differently on a dimmer circuit.
